Absolutely love this dental office! Everyone was so welcoming, kind, and patient with my kid. As a mom, I really appreciate when a dental team takes the time to explain what’s going on and makes my child feel comfortable. They were gentle, professional, and made what could have been a stressful visit go smoothly. His dentist was amazing, and the entire staff treated us with such kindness. I’m so grateful for the care he received and would definitely recommend this office to any parent never have I ever had a bad experience. Keep up the great work!

I have been with this practice for 17 years with 2 children so I seen it at its best (to me). As of the last 2 years I have seen a decline in efficiency. It used to be an in&out visit, now it's an all day event. For 1 child a cleaning with waiting time was 2.5 hours. Also, during a visit in the dead of winter I had to sit in the waiting area for hours with no heat and wasn't allowed to wait in my car.

I normally NEVER have a problem with this place but since the last time in there EVERYBODY is new. Well I never saw any of them. I get there around 10:10 my appointment is at 10:30. They check me in ask if floride is okay I say yes. So I know I’m going to have to wait at least until 10:30. Two people walked in after me an got to the back before me keep in mind I understand that there is two sides to the dentist office. So I go up there around 10:50 and say why isn’t my daughter name being called they proceed to check the files that the assistants take when they are ready for the child and my daughters file wasn’t there! So the lady proceeded to go to the back so I waited she came back acting like she didn’t know what was going on then went over to the same files and picked up the first one and said she’s next. Mind you she just couldn’t find her file! No apology or anything! Then she took my daughter to the back and by 12:05 I walked back in demanding my daughter because EVERYBODY before us was gone. This has had to be the WORSE experience I’ve ever had here. If you’re the manager it’s nothing to apologize and fix it!!! Do better! If we have a grace period at this point yall need o

This was my son’s first visit to this pediatric dental office in West Philadelphia, and I wanted to leave a 5-star review because the experience exceeded my expectations. We unfortunately ran late about 20 to almost 30 minutes and despite signs posted stating late arrivals may not be seen, the staff showed compassion, understanding, and kindness. The front desk staff was polite and still worked with us to make sure my son could be seen. I also didn’t have all of the paperwork needed, and they were patient enough to wait while my son’s previous dental office sent the records over. The process was smooth and quick, and the wait time was not long at all. The office itself was clean, welcoming, and had games and activities to keep children occupied, which made things easier and more enjoyable for my son. The dentist was very kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything that was going on and discuss possible procedures in a way I could easily understand. I appreciated being able to ask questions and communicate openly without feeling rushed. Another thing I really liked was how convenient everything was. They send multiple reminders by text so it’s hard to fo
